We had a sunny 90 degree day here in Chandler today! Spring in the desert is really beautiful. Anyway, I am really getting down to business on the family reunion coming up in June. I am looking into hotels (I would like to have everyone stay at the same hotel if possible). Prices in Twin Falls range from $90-$120 a night. I am checking into group rates though and hopefully we can get a good deal. I really need an idea of how many people are serious about coming to the reunion. If I reserve something, I only have until 90 days before to cancel without a cancellation fee. That's coming up around March 24. So if you could let me know if you are hoping to come and making plans and how many are in your group and what kind of room set up you would like, that would be great. I should be able to set it up so that everyone pays for their own room online.

I also wanted to let you know that there will be an "attendance fee" for each person. This will cover food, etc. Don't worry I am keeping costs really low!

One last thing: I am collecting photos. Current family photos, photos of recent events you would like to show everyone, photos of past reunions and any other fun photos you can find. Official Announcement About the Tolman Family Reunion

Hello Family!

August 2011 marks 10 years since our last Tolman Family Reunion. As you know, I have tried to put together a reunion for some time now, but this is the year!! We cannot let this historic event pass us by. We have to meet at least every 10 years, but hopefully more often than that.

I always loved our family reunions when we were growing up. I looked forward to them every year. I especially liked seeing and playing with all of my cousins. Such fun memories! Let's make more memories together and share those with our children as well.

So mark your calendars for June 24, 25 and 26 for the Tolman Family Reunion in Twin Falls, Idaho. Exciting!! I am excited and I hope you are too! I am working on details like hotels and activities and will let you know soon.
